Shipping & Delivery

Draft policy text for the preview. Final wording pending owner and legal review.

Freight pricing

Cabinets ship by freight from Ballinger, Texas. Freight is priced by zone and order size. Texas orders within about 350 road miles ship for a flat rate. Smaller out-of-state orders (1–6 cabinets) are priced by distance zone, and up to 3 cabinets fit on one pallet. Full kitchens (7+ cabinets) are priced by distance. Crating is a separate per-cabinet line. Your cart shows the estimate. Local pickup is available.

72-hour damage inspection

You have 72 hours after delivery to inspect your order for shipping damage. Take photos and contact us with your order number. Depending on the damage, we will arrange a local repair, send replacement parts, or issue a partial or full refund. This window is for reporting freight damage. It does not limit your warranty or legal rights.

Delivery details

Freight is usually curbside. Tell us at checkout whether you need a liftgate, whether the address is residential or commercial, and about any access limits. Delivery options are still being finalized.
