About this base
This 30" base is the bottom row of a Brushhollow built-in entertainment center, with a pair of doors and an adjustable shelf for media equipment and storage. It has flat-panel Shaker doors. It has no toe kick: a flat 3-1/2" trim runs across the front at the floor for a clean, built-in look. A 2-1/2" cord hole with a grommet is centered near the top of the back. The countertop is not included: the base is 28-1/2" tall and designed for a 1-1/2" top (30" total), which the uppers sit on. Like all RTP Cabinets, it arrives built, with nothing to assemble, and sanded so it is ready for your paint.

This cabinet ships unfinished. Rough-sanded flat to 120 grit with major blemishes filled. You finish-sand before priming and painting.
