3/4" Baltic birch plywood box with a 1/4" birch plywood back
Solid poplar face frame, 1.5" rails and stiles
Shaker 5-piece doors, 2.25" stiles and rails, 1/2" overlay; 0° and 15° profiles
Shaker drawer fronts with 2 1/4" stiles and 1 1/4" rails; 5" top drawer front
1/2" Baltic birch drawer boxes with removable plywood bottoms
Rough-sanded flat to 120 grit with major blemishes filled. You finish-sand before priming and painting.

Cabinet box

Box	3/4" Baltic birch plywood
Back	1/4" birch plywood, set in a dado 3/4" in from the rear edge; rear nailers sit behind the back
Assembly	Tops and bottoms secured with pocket holes
Rear nailers	Two (upper and lower), 3" minimum
Interior	Factory sanded
Shelves	3/4" Baltic birch plywood, edge-banded, set back 1"
Shelf-pin holes	1.25" spacing, starting 6.25" from the bottom and ending about 6.25" from the top (none on drawer banks)

Material	Solid poplar face frame
Rails and stiles	1.5" wide
Mounting	Flush with the inside cabinet wall, with a 3/4" overhang on the outside (your installer can trim where cabinets meet, if desired)

Door style	Shaker 5-piece door, about 3/4" thick
Door stiles and rails	2.25" wide
Drawer fronts	Shaker drawer fronts: 2 1/4" stiles and 1 1/4" rails (larger center panel)
Shaker profile	Offered in both 0° and 15° shaker profiles (slab fronts have no profile option)
Center panels	MDF: 1/4" flat panel or 3/4" raised panel; glass-ready doors also offered (glass not included)
Overlay	1/2" overlay, 1/8" gap between doors
Top drawer front	5" tall on all base cabinets (including blind corners) and drawer banks; 3" inside height
Slab drawer-bank fronts	Poplar
Hinges	Per selected option

Drawer boxes	1/2" Baltic birch, glued and stapled butt joints
Drawer bottoms	1/4" sanded plywood (birch, maple or similar) set in a groove 3/4" up; open back lets the bottom be removed (staples must be removed first)
Drawer box width	Face frame opening minus 5/8" (undermount slides) or minus 1" (side-mount slides)
Drawer box height	Every drawer box is 2" shorter inside than its front
Top drawer inside height	3"
Drawer bank face frame	30.5" tall with 1.5" rails between drawers; fronts at 1" total overlay
3-drawer bank fronts	5", 11 1/4", 11 1/4" (top to bottom)
4-drawer bank fronts	5", 6 3/4", 7 1/4", 8" (top to bottom)
3-drawer bank inside heights	3", 9 1/4", 9 1/4" (top to bottom)

Shelves	1 adjustable shelf (sink bases and drawer banks have none)
Blind corner base	Blind panel with one shelf; door hinged on the blind side (blind left = hinges left, blind right = hinges right), so it opens away from the blind panel toward the usable opening
Sink base	5" false front instead of a drawer; it matches the drawer fronts and has no knob or pull. Installer cuts through the 1/4" back for plumbing
